Red’s Meadow Resort is open from approximately mid-June to the end of September (weather permitting).
Reservations – can be made by phone or online by using the “Reservation Request” button on the top of each page. The reservation form is on a secure server and takes credit card details. Online reservations for the season can be made starting on January 15 of that year until the end of the season.
Payment Policy: 100% payment is required at check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation will be charged for the total amount of your reservation on the scheduled arrival date.
Cancelation and Changes to Reservation Policy: Cancellation of a reservation made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a processing fee of $20, no other charges will be made. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 50% of your reserved stay. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of the reserved stay. Please remember that a reservation is your commitment for the full period that you request. Should you arrive after your specified date or depart prior to the end of your confirmed reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay. Changes made to an existing reservation will incur a $20.00 processing fee.
Tax and services are not included in rates.
Please check-in at The General Store. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you plan to check-in later than specified times, please phone to coordinate arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee of $20 per key which will be charged to your account.
Smoking – of any substances is prohibited in motel rooms and cabins.
This is for the comfort of all our guests. No Smoking applies to ALL substances including vaping and e-cigarettes and also applies to preparation of smokable substances. A minimum $150 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke or prepare smokable substances in your room or cabin.
We do not take responsibility for any cash or valuable items left in the guest rooms or public areas. You are solely responsible for your belongings. Any items left behind can be mailed back at your cost and liability when requested. Clothing items not claimed will be kept in our “lost and found” box for 1 month then they will be donated to the local thrift shop.
